This still needs your real admin key to work, is rate-limited the same as everything else in the admin panel, and every use is permanently logged as an admin test — it never gets counted as revenue.

Privacy & data policy

Files you upload are processed in memory to generate your results and are automatically deleted after 10 minutes (longer if a payment is in progress, to give time to confirm it), whether or not you pay. Nothing is kept longer than that unless you specifically set up a recurring subscription, in which case only the sheet link and your email are stored so the weekly job can run — no financial data is retained between runs beyond what's needed to email you the latest result. A permanent record of each confirmed payment (date, amount, email, UPI reference number) is kept for accounting/GST purposes — this does not include your file contents.

Because delivery is digital, refunds are handled case-by-case; if something doesn't look right please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and I'll work it out. All payment claims and confirmations are logged to keep a dispute-proof record.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are considered when the delivered work materially differs from the agreed scope, or a confirmed payment cannot be verified. Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with your UTR/reference and a short description of the issue.

Processing: Refund requests are reviewed promptly; eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days and logged in our payment records. If a payment dispute arises, our permanent transaction log (accessible to the site owner) provides the information needed to reconcile the claim.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time by replying to your renewal reminder email or using the contact form. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to the monthly plan continues until the paid period expires. For help cancelling, contact support via the form or email.

Client names, emails, and amounts in your file are used only to generate the cleaned data, invoices, and reminders you asked for. They are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for anything beyond completing your order. Payment is made directly to our UPI ID — no card or bank login details are ever entered on or seen by this site.

If you use the "ask your data" feature, a summarized version of your unlocked data (client names, amounts, dates) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate an answer, under the same terms — used only to answer your question, not stored by this site afterward.
